SPOTIFEST
Spotify is now bringing you a music festival with a twist. June 12th-13th Spotifest is coming to Detroit. Based on Spotify's "Discover Weekly" feature, Spotifest features all local, Detroit-based artists and vendors. Each stage correlates with a different genre, which allows attendees to discover new artists in their own city.

THE AD IN ACTION
My ad campaign for Spotifest includes OOH bus stop advertisements. The first slide on the electronic billboard is a map. Since Spotifest is all about local musicians, we put these ads around the Metro Detroit area, depicting each respective route from that stop to the festival.
The second slide is an interactive QR code. Once scanned, it takes the consumer to the playlist that is being played from the bus stop. Spotify's featured video capabilities inform the consumer about the artist that is playing.
Valley Hush is a real Detroit-based music group. With only 1,337 Spotify listeners per month, they are the perfect group to perform at Spotifest.
